The gun fire crashes all around and bullets fly past almost in slow motion. "Come on Alex." The voice of a yound girls says as she reaches her pale hand to him.
"Huh, I'm not Alex." The young man says as his silver hair brushes against his cheek.
"Of course you are sill." Her bell like laughter rang across the battlefield. She smiled and he saw the flash of fangs. "If your not Alex, who are you?"
"Umm... Roxas." His blue eyes flicker as a tear traces his cheek as a bullet cuts through the ivory skin of the young girl's neck.

"Ah..." Roxas screams snaring snaping up from the horrible nightmare. "who was she and why does she keep calling me Alex?" After taking a quick shower he ran to his sister's room to make her wak up for school, it was the first day. "Come on Julie, it's time to get up." He said knocking on her door.
"Kay, I'm up bro." Her tense voice said from just beyond the door. "You had the dream again."
"Yeah, I did. Will you hurry up, dad has breakfast ready." He says trying to desperately change the subject.
"Kay." Julie says opening the door. Her light brown hair tied back in a pony tail. "Hey Roxas tomorrow is the anniversary, isn't it?"
"Yes, it is Julie, please don't worry dad you know he doesn't like to remember." Roxas says remembering how his mother died.
"Stay calm my little warrior. Please don't get mad." His mother's voice always happy, always encouraging, chimed through his mind. She died saving him and he wished they would hate him, but they didn't and never have. The rain never stopped even when they buried her.
"Julie, I'm gonna skip breakfast, I already brushed my teeth, kay?" He says walking into his room. He looks at the fire escape and wonders. "Should I just go and get my schedule from school." As he's climbing out the window. "Sorry dad." As he walks he notices the strange silence, "I wonder why its all so calm this morning. Oh well." When he finally makes it to school he is greeted by a warm hug and the lingering smell of wolfs bane. "Hey Morgan, I was wondering about you." His voice seemed happier as if in a reaction to his girlfriend's touch.
"Hi Roxas, how was your weekend?" Morgan's dish water blonge hair falls behind her ears.
"Good,but I won't be here tomorrow, sorry." Roxas says trying to force a smile.
"I know and stop forcing a smile, I know your sad." Her hazel eyes locked onto his crystal blue ones and she mutters, "You don't have to force your smiles on anyone, its okay to smile for yourself."
"Okay mi amor." He replies as they walk into the office. "Hey did you notice the strange silence this morning?"
"Yeah but its probably just rain thats coming." She says as the principal walks in with the stack of schedules.
"Ah...Miss Lafey her you go." The gray haired man then turns to Roxas. "and of course the felon Narra." As they walk out of the office Roxas laughs and thinks.
"He just mad because I'm not telling who painted his truck." as he laughs he looks at Morgan, "So what classes did you take?" He knew they wouldn't have many if any together.
"Well I don't have any electives so I have an extra free period I asked to have it with you and Juilie and tehy actually said I could." She says smiling. They stop at her locker so she can toss her stuff in it. "Well heres my class, don't get into trouble please."
"See ya after lunch, kay?" He kisses her cheek and walks off. "Okay, where is my class room?" He says to himself. When he finaly realizes that he has class outside he began running to the front of the school. "Why don't they say outside if thats where the class is." He hears someone talkignwhen he finaly runs up. "Sorry I'm late Mrs. Katrin."
"It's okay Roxas, please sit next to Sora please." The fair skinned teacher says after handing him the assignment.
"Yes maam." Roxas sits next to the boy with the spikey brown hair. "Hey I'm Roxas."
"Hi, I'm Sora, please to meet ya." The boy's blue eyes flicker as he smiles a chessy smile. "i'm new here, how bout you?"
"No, I'm not new, I've lived here my whole life." Roxas's eyes never leave the paper as his pencil flits across the blank pages. "What brings you to this place Sora?"
"Family problems back home so I'm staying with my aunt." Sora says trying to focus on the work in front of him. The bell rings and Roxas heads for the next class. He sees Julie and runs up next to her.
